In this 4 week Advanced Cake Decorating Class you will learn all about fondant. How to make Marshmallow Fondant, how to use it to cover both a round and square cake, how to stack a cake, and how to stabilize a stacked cake for transportation. You will also learn how to use fondant to make a lot of fun and easy decorations and how to apply the decorations to your cakes. All tools and supplies are included in the cost. Cost is $350 for 4 classes (4 weeks).
