Cost- $350
This is a 4-week course, meeting once a week for 2-hours. Students are required to have a basic skill/knowledge of decorating cakes and will need to have made several cakes on their own before taking the class. Students will learn Advanced Cake Decorating techniques such as:
- how to stack a 3-tiered cake
- how to transport a 3-tiered cake
- how to make marshmallow fondant
- how to use that fondant to cover and decorate a cake
All supplies and tools are included in the class cost. Students will take home a cake each week.
