Come join us for an Advanced Cake Decorating Class as we learn how to make marshmallow fondant and then use it to cover and decorate a square "Holiday Package" cake. Students will learn how to make marshmallow fondant, how to prepare a real square cake to be covered in fondant, and how to use fondant to create accents like an edible bow or ribbon. All supplies and tools are included in the cost. Cost is $175. This class meets once for 3 hours.
